2. Returns & Alterations Guarantee

We stand by the quality and fit of our garments. If your order does not meet your expectations, we provide the following return and alteration options:

2.1 First Evaluation

• Upon receiving your garment, if you require adjustments, send us clear photos of the fit.
• Our team will conduct a first evaluation to determine the necessary alterations.
• Upload in your proflie the photos as per the image below or send to whatsapp at +1.347.924.3448

2.2 Small Alterations

• If only minor alterations are needed, we offer a $100 credit towards adjustments with your local tailor.

2.3 In-House Alterations & Replacements

• If significant alterations are required, we will ask you to return the garment for professional adjustments at our tailor shop.
• If the garment is not adjustable, we will remake it from scratch and send you a new one.

2.4 100% Refund Guarantee

• If, after evaluation, we determine that due to your body posture or specific fit requirements, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, we will issue a 100% refund upon return of the garment.

3. Return Process

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The garment must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.
• We will provide a prepaid return label, ensuring a hassle-free return process.
